How To Use:

• 1. Remove the top from the cheese mill. 

• 2. Cut pieces of food that will easily fit into the mill

• 3. Place food into a mill 

• 4. Insert the top

• 5. While gently applying downward pressure, rotate the top in the clockwise direction to grate food
